By accessing or using the Gloup® website (gloup.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time — continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Gloup® products are designed to assist with the swallowing of oral solid dosage forms. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to medication management for yourself or your patients.
4. Orders and payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (10%). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where a product is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and shipping rates are set out on our Shipping Information page. We currently ship to Australian addresses only. While we endeavour to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refund policy is set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

Gloup® is a registered trademark. Evomed Pty Ltd is the exclusive licensee of the Gloup® trademark in Australia and New Zealand. All website content — including text, images, graphics and layout — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Evomed Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our products. Our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing or repairing the product, or refunding the purchase price.
9. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
